"32 Dental Arts provides me with excellent dental care. Dr Barakat actively listens to me, and informs me of what she is doing during every step of the procedure. Over the last 70 years, I’ve had more than my share of dental work done. I’ve had almost every possible dental procedure there is with many different dentists (some good and some bad). Dr Barakat is one of the best! She has an excellent chair side manner, and I feel less anxious with her than most other dentists I’ve seen. The cherry on the top is her personable and professional team. I have worked with both Elena and Kenya and they are so kind, funny, and knowledgeable. I can’t say I look forward to having dental work done, but, Dr Barakat and her team make going to the dentist a good experience. "I have been going to Dr. Barakat’s dental office for about one year now and can happily say I’m pleased with how attentive and caring she is, as well as her staff, Elena and Erin. I had an implant and Dr. Barakat did an excellent job identifying a gum issue that needed to be improved before she could complete the work on the crown. My entire family including my husband and two sons also see Dr. Barakat and have had only positive experiences. Our dental exams and cleanings are very thorough and not rushed. "Dr. Barakat is passionate about delivering exceptional care to her patients. Her state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide comfort and outstanding dental outcomes. She has proven herself to be the best dentist I’ve ever met (I’m 81 years old) – this may not seem worth mentioning, since people proclaim similar platitudes all the time, but I’m sure everyone who writes a decisively positive review for Dr. Barakat is sincere. At a recent appointment, as part of her standard practice, a blood pressure test was administered. Dr. Barakat alerted me that the reading was high, advised me to reschedule my appointment with her after discussing the issue with my MD, and because of her personal input and concern, I subsequently received appropriate blood pressure medication. The entire team at 32 Dental Arts (Dr. Barakat, Amber, Erin, Elena, Jenny) is professional and awesome, qualities that contribute to an overall uplifting atmosphere. Beautiful scenes of Boston (a city special to both Dr. Barakat and me), showing the city in each of the four seasons, are displayed in each of the four treatment rooms for all to enjoy. The soft background music (instrumental/classical, not “Muzak”) is relaxing. The office is equipped with modern dental equipment, so procedures are less invasive and less painful than those performed in the past. Dr. Barakat honors most dental insurance plans, has reasonable fees and does not “upsell.” 32 DENTAL ARTS IS THE BEST!"

"Dr. Barakat and her team are literally the best. Every interaction I’ve had with her and her office is truly like dealing with friends. I’ve been going to this practice since before Dr. Barakat was running it, and the way that this entire office vibe lit up when Dr. Barakat came in was very noticeable. Honorable mention to Elena, the billing BOSS!!! I broke a crown and insurance was being ridiculous about covering it because it wasn’t old enough. Elena made me fully aware of this possible issue as soon as I arrived to my appointment and there were no surprises. I prepared for insurance to do what they do and disappoint me, worked with Elena in correspondence back and forth with them to answer all their additional questions, and THIS SUPER HERO DID IT! Insurance paid! I didn’t have to fork over my first born child. Kenya is also awesome and fun to talk to and interact with.. everyone here is awesome! This practice has completely collapsed all stigma tied to the dentists office for me. Check it out!"

"As a new patient, I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Barakat and her practice. I definitely had a 5-star experience with the doctor and her staff.
I sent an email through the website indicating I had some pain brewing and requesting an appointment as soon as possible. I received a callback from Dr. Barakat within the hour offering to see me later that afternoon for an exam.
After a very thorough exam, we went over and discussed the findings and treatment plan. Dr. Barakat seemed genuinely interested in my oral health. I've only met one other member of the team, but she was equally fantastic. I haven't been this comfortable in a dentist's office in many years."

"I'd vote 6 stars if I could! Dr. Zeynep Barakat was terrific! After several years of not seeing a dentist, I was a bit nervous. But Dr. Barakat and her do-everything assistant Alena were professional, gentle, knowledgable, and very good at explaining everything they were doing and seeing while working on my teeth. Humorous too! They have some great up-to-date technology to help them and were great at describing their progress at every step. As Dr. Barakat described my prior dentistry history, it was easy to see that she valued the artistry she found there - a good sign of what is important to her in her own work. While I only required a cleaning this time (again, gently performed), I'll certainly be back as a long-term patient. Thank you 32 Dental Arts!"

They're timely, I'm never waiting after I check in and if I communicate a need to be out by a certain time they always give me pointers on the best time to schedule and they are great at keeping to it."
"I've been going to 32 dental arts for almost 4 years now and I've always had the best experience with Dr. Barakat and her amazing team. I came in with chipped teeth, cavities, and teeth that weren't cared for in multiple years (college years). She was there every step of the process to help and explain everything and anything I had questions or concerns about. The hygienist Aaron (or Erin?) Is wonderful and definitely makes getting my teeth clean a breeze for me. Never any pain and I always leave with a bright white smile. The office is also very nice and cozy. Dr. Barakat decorated each of the rooms in a different season-themed so it definitely gets me calm and relaxed walking in. Overall if you're looking for a new dentist's office, this is the place to go to."

I took my elderly dad here, who is usually fearful of going to the dentist. However, Dr. B and the front office staff made us both feel completely comfortable. They were so welcoming and kind. I felt like I knew them for years actually. My dad said that was the best experience he has ever had at a dentist. Dr. Barakat was so gentle and explained everything she was doing. She really took her time with my dads exam and cleaning, there was no rush. She listened intently to his concerns and recommended the best options for his care.
